Hey there,
With the release of our new MCP support below is an MCP client & Chatbot template that you can use to get started.
Contained within the snippet (link below) is everything you need to launch your own chatbot directly from Xano with no external frontend required. The chatbot is setup to use Xano's native auth system.

Setup instructions
-Install the snippet into your workspace.
-Add auth/me & auth/login endpoints to the newly installed MCP Client api group.
- Copy the API groups base url (MCP Client API group) , and update the api_group_base_url variable in the GET /chatbot endpoint.
- Update the Server URL in the /post Chatbot endpoint to the MCP server of your choice.
- Update your environment variable openai_key with your OpenAI API key.
You can now access the chatbot via the GET /chatbot endpoint URL.
