When I add tags to endpoints or functions, I want to be able to edit/delete an existing tag or bulk-remove a tag from multiple items.
Currently the only way to delete a tag is to go one-by-one through each function/endpoint, and remove the tag and republish, so it's definitely time consuming if you just wanted to rename a tag.
