Add Basic Crud Endpoints & REMOVE Basic Crud Endpoints always available in Table settings

I notice that when you first create a table you have an OPTION to ADD all the basic crud endpoints - or de-select and NOT add them. Which I think most of just leave default checked - and then - as time goes on - we have a zillion endpoints we may never need or use.

I was thinking it would be nice if ANYTIME you opened settings on a table - you could ADD or even REMOVE all the "Unused Basic Crud Endpoints" - obviously remove only the endpoints not used by any other function or endpoint.

I suspect a lot more people than me would like to "tidy up" a Xano instance after lots of dev. and remove un-used, non relevant stuff.
