Subscribe to email error notifications for tasks, APIs and functions.
Coming from a tool like Integromat (where similar features exists) it would be great to have the option to subscribe to email notifications from errors in tasks, APIs or functions. This is similar to the try/catch, switch/case request, but different. Those could be very granular / customised in their nature, whereas the feature I'm illuding to would be a catch-all, blunt-hammer, zero-effort notification service.
