Array of Images

I for the life of me can't get this to work.. I can't see what I'm doing wrong.
I seem to be following all the steps but when the record is added, the image list is empty. When I try this without an array (and without a loop), it works with a single image.

Create Variable
[Create Variable.PNG]
For Each Loop[For Each Loop.PNG]
Create Image from File[Create Image from File.PNG]
Add to Begining of Array[Add to begining of Array.PNG]
Add Record[Add Record.PNG]
Run and Debug[Run and Debug.PNG]
Run and Debug Response[Run and Debug Response.PNG]
As you can see in the last image, the 'Issues_Image' is empty. Any pointers on what I might be missing?
