GPT calling my Xano API

I was able to get a GPT to call my Xano API! ๐ŸŽ‰

It is a simple start. I had my GPT call a GET api with no authentication as a way to add my Xano data to the GPT's activities.

The GPT takes an OpenAPI spec (Swagger) configuration(mostly?). To get the Swagger to work I had to ask the "ActionsGPT" (in the GPT store) to convert the Swagger documentation to be what GPT needed for an API call to work. It reformatted it and I pasted it in the GPT Configuration.

My plan is to see if I can have the GPT I am creating to be the "front-end" for the platform I am working on. I am going to have the GPT be what my customer interacts with.

I will use Xano and weweb for managing my operations, payments, marketing automation and such. If this works correctly, I won't need to spend much effort on a complex marketplace style website...I will have it be a conversational GPT interface that integrates with my data in Xano via APIs.

I know this is really vague at the moment, but I wanted to share what I was starting tonight to see if anyone else in the Xano community is heading down a similar path. I will add specifics after I am able to recreate what I am doing with a little more consistency...it is a bit hit and miss at the moment, but it is working at a basic level ๐Ÿ˜ƒ
