Image URL - Filename input not working

Hello Everyone !

For SEO purposes I need to change the filename while uploading. I used the 'Filename' input in the 'Create Image From file' function.

I thought it was it, but now my endpoint return an error : 'wrong file extension'.

Can someone help me to understand this filename input ? The documentation is not talking about it, should I append it with '.fileextension' ?
