Lambdas Help

Hello all, I am definitely out of my depth here and am wondering if what I am trying to achieve is possible before I put too much time and effort into it.

I am using Paubox to send HIPAA-compliant email through my web app. I would like to send these emails using Lambdas and Nodemailer with Xano, but don't know if it is possible to use the Paubox npm when doing so. If anyone can point me in the right direction I'd be very grateful.
