Making App HIPAA Compliant

I'm evaluating options to make my no-code app HIPAA compliant. I saw that Xano supports PHI handling so I had 4 questions on that front:

1) I'm not on a Launch Plan, is it still possible for me to configure Xano to be compliant?
2) In the page below it's mentioned that we can enable HIPAA compliance in our settings, but I don't see it in my instance.

3) If it is possible to be HIPAA compliant, is there a checklist that Xano provides for us to configure Xano to support PHI?
4) Do we need to work with a 3rd party service (like 0Auth) to make the app compliant or can we carry it all out via Xano?
