Posting to Trello API

I’d like to take data I’m collecting in a table and post some of it to Trello to create a new card each time a new row is created from my Xano API.

I’ve got the Trello API ready to go and the Xano table and API for data from my app’s form but I wondered what the best way of transforming my Xano API data and automatically posting it to the Trello API was?

To keep things simple, I will have one column as the card name and another as the card description.

Any help would be appreciated.
