Simple authenticated file storage and integration with Xano

Is there a simple service out there that I can integrate with Xano which allows my users to upload a file and make it so that the file can only be accessed by certain other users in Xano?

I'm using WeWeb as my front end, and Xano as my database.

I have looked into AWS s3, but its more confusing than anything I've ever read in my entire life.

I'm a nocoder, and don't really have the knowledge to even begin using S3. It's very confusing to me. I'm looking for a simple nocode solution or something that I can easily get up and running with.
