I just finished a little side project, that runs entirely on Xano.
It's a bot that lets you create a video questionnaire. You define prompts/questions, then share an invite link to your project and whoever joins needs to respond with videos to each prompt.

Common fun use case: collect birthday wishes from friends and family → then merge all videos into a fun surprise video.
Business use case: collect product reviews by personally inviting people (a prompt can be a video or a text).
Social use case: do some social media challenge where you ask people to demonstrate or do something.
