uploading images with a Webflow front end?

Webflow has limited ability to upload files in their forms. One workaround is to use uploadcare.com which returns a UUID URL to request a particular image file.
Xano offers the ability to upload a file directly into a table. But that doesn't offer the ability to test a data entry / CRUD form(s). Is there a means to achieve that?
