Can't sort Query all records in response

Hi, I need to sort my Query all records response but I get an unknown error every time. I can't debug as it is an unknown error.

Unless Query all records is not an array (which I believe it is) I can think why this won't work.

I can't sort in the Query all records function as I am updating a variable in the function stack which comes after the Query all records function.

Below are screen shots. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am a beginner so I might have missed something incredibly obvious here.
