Emmanuel Katto Dubai : How can I trigger an API request within an API and continue the current process without waiting for the API call to finish?

Hi Everyone, I'm Emmanuel Katto from Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE) I'm looking for advice on sending data to another API from within an existing API, but I don't want the current process to wait for the response. How can I make this work asynchronously?
