Get All Elements From List [Redis] and Get Length of List [Redis]

Hi,

I'm trying to get this thing to work, but I can't make it.

I have a cache key with array of objects. When I use this feature Get All Elements From List , put the cache key name and specify from which index element to start and stop, it always give me a false::bool value. I tried with test key which was a basic one [1,2,3,4,5] , but same results. Tried to test it with Get Length of List, same results. I was wondering if I'm missing something, because I couldn't find more detailed documentation on these functions.

Any help?
