Is it possible to change the owner of a workspace?

I would like to know if it is possible to change the owner of an instance/workspace.

More specifically, as an agency, if I transfer ownership of another existing instance to that a new account that I have created for the customer: can this new account then be transferred to the customer later?

Or does this new account need to be created by the customer from the start as there is no way to change ownership after?
