Yes, the site states it is but if you carefully look into it, Xano does not comply with the Data Privacy Framework (DPF): https://security.xano.com/?_gl=1*uas86w*_ga*NDI4Njk2MjM1MS45NjcxMzg2NDU0*_ga_EJWDZRK3CG*MTcxMTcwNDU1Mi4zNy4xLjE3MTE3MDQ2NzAuNjAuMC4xMzM1OTA4MzIw&itemUid=4459b4a1-c6ee-446b-8dce-9d132e28c73f&source=click that is a mandatory requirement for GDPR since June 2023.
We, as a company, are facing challenges on this and I was wondering if anyone else is facing the same and how you are mitigating it. Our lawyers advised that we need to accept an additional set of controls and rules (since we are not compliant with GDPR) and in the long term we probably need to consider alternatives to Xano.
