Please help with "An unknown error has occurred"

Hi,

I have an API where I get this error message:

I run a "query all records" step on a table with 62.000 records with some filter rules. It worked before, but since we added a few thousand records we started to get this error. The table size is 83MB, if this matters.

What could be the reason and how can I improve the situation? The table will grow by 25.000 records each year, so I need it to be able to handle it.
