Text filter - Remove markdown title

Hello,

I am making an API call to Mistral and I received an answer in Markdown format, as I want.

However I want to remove the first Markdown title. Is there a way to perform a regex filter between an # and a back to line?

Cmd + enter I think (there is no /n in the answer).
