Hi everyone,
I'm currently experiencing an issue where my API requests to Xano are being refused. The Xano support team mentioned that the API should return a proper status code like 500 in such cases, but instead, the request seems to be outright refused without a response.
The error message I’m receiving is:
🔹 ECONNREFUSED 34.107.24.250:443
I have conducted a Performance Review and found no unusual spikes in API call volume.
📊 The highest recorded number of calls was 16, which Xano should be able to handle without issues. I´m on the Scale Plan.
📉 During the time the errors occurred, the number of calls was under 10, so an overload situation seems unlikely.
Has anyone else encountered this issue?
Would love to hear if others using Xano have faced similar problems. Also, any tips on how to debug this further from the Xano side would be much appreciated!
