Best practices on how to create data isolation between clients?

Hey all!

Im building a b2b app which will adress health organization that will require HIPPA and might ask for data isolation (i think this is the right term for seperating their data with seperate tables)

Are there best practices on how to approach this with Xano?

I would like to build be db in such a way that will enable me to create this data isolation whenever a client asks for it

Any ideas?
